1. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be issued if:

• Service is cancelled by Pitrukaryam due to unavoidable circumstances
• Priest unavailability from our side

2. Customer Cancellation

Refund structure:

• 48 hours before service: 100% refund
• 24–48 hours before service: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours: No refund

3. Non-Refundable Cases

No refund will be provided if:

• Ritual has already been performed
• Incorrect information was provided by customer

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
